Wendy Lawrence Shooting

No, I don't believe the shooting was justified! She was scared, she made a mistake. We all do, does that mean we should all be shot? I think not! Witnesses stated she put her hands up after the 1st shot, she was surrendering, so why shoot 11 times? Furthermore, it claims she hit the cruiser twice, if that was the case, where's the evidence when there is no damage to either vehicle? She was unjustifiably killed. She did not deserve this what so ever!
