Obamacare: Have You Been Able to Sign Up?

Millions of Americans who have not been able to sign up for health care coverage on the healthcare.gov web site that was rolled out in October as part of  the Affordable Care Act may now have a better chance to enroll after the federal government has fixed the numerous problems that caused system errors and crashes.
