Some Concord Kids Get a Long Weekend

Some school systems cancel classes again due to the snowstorm.

Some schools in Concord are closed for another day as classes were cancelled due to yesterday’s snowstorm.

Superintendent Chris Rath of the Concord School District said in the cancellation message that she was concerned for the safety of the children due to slippery roads and sidewalks that may not have been cleared yet by the city.

The Merrimack Valley School District and The Derryfield School in Manchester have also cancelled classes.
