A little History About Concord and the Revolutionary War:

...In the Revolutionary War, more than two hundred and fifteen men from Concord fought with famous heroes such as New Hampshire's very own General John Stark and Concord's Colonel Thomas Stickney.

...These men fought in major battles, such as the battles of Bennington, Saratoga, Ticonderoga, and Bunker Hill.

...In the case of the Battle of Bunker Hill, more British soldiers were wounded and killed than the men that General Stark led, many of them hailing from Concord.

….Many of these men are now buried the Old North, Old Fort, Horse Hill, Millville, Maple Grove, and Pine Grove cemeteries in Concord.

Please remember to take a moment this Fourth of July to remember the sacrifices our own Revolutionary War soldiers, as well as all of our other veterans, made to secure the blessings of liberty, justice, and freedom for all.
