Three Arrested on Drug Charges

Concord, Hooksett police, NH AG's Task Force file numerous felony charges.

The Concord Police Department’s Drug Enforcement Unit along with the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office Drug Task Force are reporting that on Jan. 29, they made two major drug arrests on Fisherville Road in Concord and another in Hooksett.

According to a press statement, Myk Neuner, 25, was arrested and charged with three counts of sale of controlled drugs, an attempt to commit sale of a controlled drug, and two counts of criminal liability for conduct of another, all felonies. He was also charged with a parole violation.

Also arrested was Kelsey McCarthy, who was charged with five counts of sale of controlled drugs, and criminal liability for the conduct of another, all felonies.

Both Neuner and McCarthy were arrested on Fisherville Road after search warrants were executed by the U.S. Marshal’s Service. Investigators allege that both were selling marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamines, Dilaudid, and Oxycodone in the area.

Also as a part of the investigation, Nathan Sarazin, 22, of Concord, was arrested on a control of premises where controlled drug is kept charge. He was picked up by the Hooksett Police Department. Investigators allege that Sarazin’s apartment in the Mennino Place building on Storrs Street was used to house drugs that were allegedly sold by Neuner and McCarthy.

Neuner was arraigned on Jan. 29, and held on $30,000 cash bail. McCarthy was also arraigned yesterday and held on $16,000. Sarazin was held on $5,000 cash bail and will be arraigned today.
