Teen Arrested While Swearing, Yelling in the Street

Concord Police: Kyle Willette facing a slew of charges.

A Concord teen was arrested three times in August on an array of charges, according to arrest and court documents.

Kyle Mark Willette, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Aug. 18, and charged with disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of alcohol, and default or breach of bail conditions.

While driving on South State Street near Downing, an officer reportedly saw a vehicle swerve into the northbound lane in order to miss a man standing in the middle of the road. The man, later identified as Willette, reportedly was “throwing his arms up in the air and standing in a confrontational manner.”

Willette allegedly was yelling and swearing at people on the porch of a nearby apartment, the officer noted.

“I told him several times to go to the sidewalk but he did not,” the officer alleged.

The officer got out of the cruiser to find out what was going on and Willette reportedly put his hands behind his back, motioning to be arrested.

Willette was “shaking and appeared upset” and “appeared to be under the influence of some substance” and alleged had glassy, bloodshot eyes, the officer wrote. He reportedly denied consuming alcohol or any other substance but another person at the scene alleged that he had been drinking beer with friends earlier.

Willette was taken into custody.

The officer noted that since he was out on bail from an Aug. 14, arrest on a warrant, the default charge was added.

Willette later refused bail and was arraigned on Aug. 19.

A little more than a week later, Willette was arrested again on a receiving stolen property charge.

The charge stems from an alleged incident on Village Street at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 15, involving a mountain bike.

Willette was picked up by the New Hampshire State Police during a motor vehicle stop at 1:45 a.m. on Aug. 27. He was later released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Sept. 23.
