Teen Arrested in Stabbing Incident on Fisherville Road

Concord Police: Steven Charron faces charges in the alleged incident.

The Concord Police Department has released the name of the individually allegedly involved in an early evening stabbing on Fisherville Road in Penacook on Nov. 8.

Steven Charron, 19, of Penacook, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault, a felony, and simple assault.

According to Lt. Cori Casey, a watch commander with the department, the police were called to the home at 6:47 p.m. for a report of a disturbance. When they got there, police determined that “a juvenile had been assaulted with a knife.”

The victim was taken to Concord Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries, according to Casey.

Limited information is available online about Charron. He did attend Merrimack Valley High School and was an honor roll student in 2012, according to posts online.
