NH State Police Seize Marijuana, Guns, Ammo in Salisbury

Albert Hill is due in court in October.

A five-month investigation into a marijuana growing operation has led to an arrest on July 15, in Salisbury, according to New Hampshire State Police.

Albert Hill, 51, of Warner Road in Salisbury, was arrested and charged with manufacturing a controlled drug (marijuana) earlier today but the state police’s Narcotics and Investigations Unit and troopers from Troop D.

According to a report, police obtained a search warrant for the Warner Road address and allegedly seized 30 “mature marijuana plants” on the rear grounds of the property.

“In addition, three firearms and ammunition were also seized,” according to state police.

Hill was later arrested.

Hill was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in Sixth Circuit Franklin District Court on Oct. 21.
