NH State Police Arrests

The New Hampshire State Police released the following information to the press of people who were arrested by various troops during the last two weeks: 

Troop A

• 5-11-13 at 1:40 a.m. Brent ARVIDSON, age 43 of Windham, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Hampton and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.
• 5-11-13 at 2:20 a.m. Adrian SCHIDLOVSKY, age 18 of Durham, NH was arrested on Route 155A in Durham and charged with Underage Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.
• 5-11-13 at 2:49 a.m. John SCHMELTER, age 23 of South Berwick, ME was arrested on Indigo Hill Road in Somersworth and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol
• 5-11-13 at 4:55 a.m. Jonathan MARSTON, age 33 of Rollinsford, NH was arrested on Town Hall Road in Madbury and charged with false Reports to Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.
• 5-11-13 at 4:55 a.m. Amanda HARRIS, age 30 of Rochester, NH was arrested on Town Hall Road in Madbury and charged with false Reports to Law Enforcement.
• 5-11-13 at 11:15 p.m. Brett DUBOIS, age 17 of Rochester, NH was arrested on Route 125 in Rochester and charged with Possession and Transportation of a Controlled Drug.
• 5-12-13 at 12:23 a.m. John LADIEU, age 38 of Rochester, NH was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.
• 5-12-13 at 10:14 p.m. Mark DOLIBER, age 33 of Lee, NH was arrested on Route 108 in Newmarket and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug.
• 5-12-13 at 5:50 p.m. Mary LUCAS, age 20 of Kittery, ME was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with Two Counts Felony Possession of a Controlled Drug.
• 5-13-13 at 9:27 a.m. Roberto BERRIOS, age 41 of Lawrence, MA was arrested at Portsmouth District Court in Portsmouth on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.
• 5-13-13 at 11:03 a.m. Heather PATRICK, age 21 of Hooksett, NH was arrested on Route 101 in Hampton and charged with Violation of a Protection Order and also held on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.
• 5-13-13 at 8:12 p.m. Jacob GAMMON, age 19 of Dover, NH was arrested on Watson Street in Dover and charged with a Subsequent Offense of Operating After Suspension, Unregistered Vehicle, Misuse of Plates and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
• 5-13-13 at 10:44 p.m. Jared LECLAIR, age 26 of Milton, NH was arrested on Route 125 in Milton and charged with a Subsequent Offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol.
• 5-14-13 at 2:35 a.m. Rafael FLORES-MARTIZ , age 24 of Manchester, NH was arrested on Exeter Road in North Hampton and charged with Identity Fraud, Forgery, Disobeying a Police Officer, False Reports to Law Enforcement, Operating without a Valid License and also held on an I.C.E. Detainer and a Outstanding Bench Warrant,.
• 5-14-13 at 2:43 p.m. Avril MINNIX, age 18 of Wakefield, NH was arrested on Route 16 In Rochester and charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug.
• 5-14-13 at 3:55 p.m. Ryan HARTFORD, age 23 of Rochester, NH was arrested on Norway Plains Road in Rochester and charged with Possession and Transportation of a Controlled Drug and Carrying or Selling Dangerous Weapons.
• 5-14-13 at 4:05 p.m. Renee GUZMAN, age 36 of Manchester, NH was arrested on Route 101 in Exeter on an Outstanding N.C.I.C. Warrant.
• 5-15-13 at 12:31 a.m. Tyeron COOPER, age 24 of Westbrook, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with Conspiracy to Sell a Narcotic Drug, Falsifying Physical Evidence, Criminal Liability of Another and also held on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.
• 5-15-13 at 4:50 a.m. Justin SNYDER, age 38 of Farmington, NH was arrested on Route 16 in Dover and held on an Outstanding Bench Warrant.
• 5-16-13 at 6:42 a.m. Santino NAPPI, age 23 of Scarborough, ME was arrested on Interstate 95 in Greenland and charged with Possession and Transportation of a Controlled Drug.
• 5-16-13 at 4:19 p.m. Mark WHITE, age 59 of Lebanon, ME was arrested on Route 16 in Rochester and charged with a Subsequent Offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and having an Open Container of Alcohol.
