Merrimack Woman Arrested for Assault

Police allege she assaulted a man at Concord Hospital.

A woman was arrested last month after an alleged assault incident at Concord Hospital in October. 

Rachel R. Oxford, 22, of Merrimack, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on Dec. 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. 

The charge stems from an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Oct. 31, according to a police arrest report, although information about the arrest was limited.

The alleged victim was a man in his late 50s. 

Oxford turned herself in to police and was processed without incident, according to the arrest report. She was released on $500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Jan. 27.
