A Concord man charged with soliciting sex from a 15-year-old Portsmouth girl last year is now facing charges that he threatened a witness in his trial, according to the Union Leader.

Portsmouth Police charged Brad Lizotte, 48, of 47 Manor Road with two counts of tampering with witnesses and informants last week after he allegedly threatened a witness. Rockingham County Attorney James Reams is reportedly seeking enhanced penalties since Lizotte allegedly committed the crimes while out on bail.

Lizotte was indicted in May on three counts of endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent, and single counts of indecent exposure and lewdness and obscene matter offenses. The indictments stated that between the months of June and September 2012, Lizotte allegedly had illegal interaction with a 15-year-old girl from Portsmouth who is now 16. During that time period, Lizotte allegedly engaged in various forms of sexual intercourse with the girl. He also allegedly took a picture of his genitalia and an image of himself exposing his genitals and provided those images to the girl.
