LOG: Teen Arrested for Drugs, Stealing Bras from Sears

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Peter Michael Desbiens, 61, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:38 a.m. on March 17, on a bench warrant. An officer was sent to the First Congregational Church for a report of a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. The anonymous caller stated that there was a Volvo parked there with five people inside. The officer arrived and spoke to the owner of the vehicle, Desbiens, who said he and his friends were waiting for the food pantry to open. Desbiens, however, had an active warrant out of Laconia District Court for nonappearance in Court, $500 cash to settle, from March 14, and he was arrested. He was held without bail and arraigned the next day.

Alan C. Bush, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 12:04 p.m. on March 17, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge from Feb. 17, on Washington Street. Officers were sent to Alton Woods to arrest Bush. He had a court date on April 21.

Darryl J. Dubuque, 42, of Boscawen, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on March 17, on a conduct after an accident charge from March 6, at the intersection of Mountain Road and Freedom Acres Drive. While on Loudon Road near D’Amante Drive, an officer ran a check on a vehicle and it came back that the owner had a warrant. The vehicle was pulled over on Loudon Road. The driver, Dubuque, was arrested and arraigned on April 14.

Desiree Kenyon, 18, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on March 17, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, felony possession of controlled drugs, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, and a bench warrant. Officers were called to Sears on Loudon Road for a theft call where a woman involved in a shoplifting case was now wearing the clothes she allegedly stole. The woman, Kenyon, also had a bench warrant from Concord District Court from October 2011 for nonappearance in court on unlawful possession and intoxication charges. Upon arrival, Kenyon was allegedly “visibly upset and crying” in a room with employees. A loss prevention employee alleged that Kenyon stole a ring, shirts, and several bras but paid for other items. The value of the items was around $177. She was later arrested. Inside her backpack, police allegedly found marijuana, pills (tramadol hydrochloride), and a ceramic pipe. Kenyon was arraigned on April 14.

Richard Stebbins, 50, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on March 17, on a bench warrant. Police were called to Concord Hospital for an unruly patient, Stebbins, who was brought there by Concord Fire and Rescue teams. A nurse alleged that he was “yelling and cursing” at people and refused to allow his blood to be drawn. A check revealed a warrant for nonappearance in court on a willful concealment charge issued on Feb. 26, with $500 cash to settle. He was arrested and held without bail.

Sean Michael Cooper, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. on March 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge from March 14, at the Vegas Apartments building on North Main Street. Officers arrested Cooper at his apartment on Pleasant Street. He had a court date on April 14.

Sarah A. Castagno, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 2:48 p.m. on March 18, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Elizabeth Johnson, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on March 18, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Both were arrested in connection with a fight at Flipz Gymnastics on Hall Street. They are due in court on April 28.

Sanja Petrovic, 24 of Concord, was arrested at 1 a.m. on March 18, on two driving while intoxicated charges. An officer on North State Street began following a Ford Fusion that was driving at a slow rate of speed, about 10 to 12 mph. The vehicle turned onto Centre Street and at the intersection with Green, got into the left hand turn lane but continued straight and was pulled over on North Spring Street. The driver, Petrovic, according to the officer, stated that she was driving slowly because “she was looking for a friend’s house.” She allegedly admitted to drinking at The Barley House and Tandy’s Top Shelf and agreed to take field sobriety tests. Petrovic was later arrested and had a court date on March 31.

Merrick Vanhoesen, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 2:03 p.m. on March 18, and charged with criminal trespass. Police were called to assist Concord High School’s school resource officer for an unwanted guest. Vanhoesen had reportedly been suspended and was not welcome on school grounds. He was later arrested. Vanhoesen is due in court on April 28.

Nicole E. Gregory, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on March 18, on three bench warrants. She turned herself in to police on the warrants that were based on theft, operating after suspension, and unlawful possession charges from January, with $620 cash to settle. Gregory had a court date on April 14.
