Lizotte's Attorney: Police Didn't Read Him Miranda Rights

Judge to eye claims that Brad Lizotte of Concord was not read his rights in alleged indecent exposure teen case.

A man who police said tried to solicit sex from a 15-year-old Portsmouth girl is set to go on trial in the fall.

Brad Lizotte, 47, of Concord, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and indecent exposure. He sent an inappropriate photo to the girl and asked her to met her at a hotel for sex, police said.

However, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader, Lizotte and his attorney are now attempting to have his statements thrown out because they are claiming that the Portsmouth detectives who interviewed him never read Lizotte his Miranda rights before talking to him about the case.
