Concord Fire and Rescue teams along with police were called to Liberty Street near Walker Street by Grappone Park for a report of an accident at around 5:45 p.m.
A Jeep Wrangler reportedly struck a teenage girl on a bicycle.
Police along with firefighters were attempting to find the girls parents so they could talk to them.
Injuries were reportedly limited and the girl is OK.
The driver's background was also checked and he had no issues with his driving privileges.
