Concord Women Arrested on Loudon Road

Police allege that one was a habitual offender; the other, had warrants.

Two Concord women were arrested after a recent traffic stop in Downtown Concord.

Michelle Lynn Milbury, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on Oct. 28, on two bench warrants.

Arielle Carlene Milbury, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Oct. 28, and charged with felony habitual offender, disobeying an officer, and transportation of alcohol/open container.

At just before midnight, an officer patrolling at the South Main and Pleasant intersection observed a silver sedan make an illegal U-turn on North Main and rapidly accelerate northbound. The officer gave chase and saw the car take a right turn on Loudon Road without coming to a complete stop, speeding away.

The officer caught up with car outside of 11 Loudon Road, as other officers arrived.

One woman stated that she didn’t have a license but agreed to a field sobriety test.

Another officer, however, alleged that the driver was Arielle Milbury from previous contact, including driving infractions. The other officer stated that she was certified as a habitual offender in September 2009, in Manchester District Court. Arielle Milbury was then arrested.

During an inventory of the vehicle, an open 24-ounce can of Twisted Tea and a hypodermic needle were allegedly found.

Information was also requested from the two other occupants of the vehicle.

One, Michelle Milbury, had active warrants from Manchester District Court on Aug. 27, 2102, for nonappearance in court on a simple assault charge, with $1,000 cash to settle. Another warrant was out of Concord District Court for nonappearance in court on an operating after suspension charge from Aug. 1, 2012, with $385 cash to settle. She was also arrested.

Both requested services of a bail commissioner but couldn’t come up with the cash, according to an arrest report.

The third passenger was released from the scene. 

Michelle Milbury, who previously lived in Manchester, was arrested in April 2012, on a theft charge, on warrants in August 2011, and a driving charges in November 2011.

Arielle Milbury was previously arrested in November 2011 on warrants. In March 2005, she was arrested and charged with assault, criminal mischief, a bail breach, and for warrants out of Henniker District Court on alcohol and disobeying a police officer charges. In November 2006, her license was revoked for driving while intoxicated.
