ARRESTS: Concord Man Caught Stealing a Snack Cake

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Megan Horsefield, 22, of Concord, was arrested on April 7, and charged with willful concealment and receiving stolen property. She was arrested at 5:13 p.m. at on Hall Street. Police allege that Horsefield stole “miscellaneous merchandise” from the store. Police also recovered Discover and VISA credit cards reportedly belonging to a Sanborton man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Horsefield is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May7.
  • Roger Williams, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 5:40 a.m. on April 24, and charged with two counts of simple assault, personal weapons, criminal trespass, and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, a felony. Police allege that Williams assaulted his girlfriend as well as a Concord man at about 11 p.m. on South Spring Street. Police allege that Williams was in possession of a “knife/cutting instrument” during the alleged incident. He had a court date on April 24.
  • Matthew Fagans, 23, of Concord, was arrested on April 24, on two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism) and simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 8:17 a.m. on Heartwood Lane. Police allege that the victim in the case was his spouse. Fagans allegedly damaged two bedroom walls during the altercation. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Fagans is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • , 30, of Concord, was arrested on April 24, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at 10:20 a.m. at the intersection of Pleasant and Warren streets. Bail was set at $1,070, and Berry had a court date on April 24.
  • Brian Brochu, 30, of Concord, was arrested on April 24, and charged with three counts of simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief. He was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on Elm Street in Penacook. Police allege that Brochu assault his parents and a officer. He also allegedly damaged or destroyed a metal, screen door, valued at $50. Cash bail was set at $16,000. Brochu had a court date on April 25.
  • Laura Sanville, 43, of Epsom, was arrested at 7:58 a.m. on April 25, on a violation of a protective order; penalty, charge. The charge was based on an alleged incident that took place on April 22, on Bog Road. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend. Sanville had a court date on April 25.
  • Nathan P. Lemire, 28, of Concord, was arrested on April 25, on a warrant. He was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Village Street in Penacook.
  • Michael James Plaisted, 29, of Concord, was arrested on April 25, and charged with theft and a warrant. Police allege that Plaisted stole a snack cake valued at $1.29, from the on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Plaisted is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 4.
  • , 21, of Concord, was arrested on April 25, and charged with receiving stolen property and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 5:50 p.m. on April 25, at the on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was Jeweler’s Workbench on Loudon Road. Police alleged that they were able to recover $260 from at the time of his arrest. Cash bail was set at $5,000. He had a court date on April 26.
