Two locals were arrested on Monday after a police incident in Methuen, MA, according to the Lawrence Eagle-Tribune newspaper's website.
Derek Major, 28, of Concord, and Crystal Marquis, of Canterbury, were both charged with possession of heroin on April 7.
According to the report, an officer noticed "suspicious activity" in the parking lot of St. Theresa Church on Elm Street and went to see what was going on. He later arrested the pair on the drug charge.
A couple of hours later, police there arrested others for allegedly being in possession of drugs.
