Concord Arrest Log (Sept. 2, 2011)

An Allenstown man was arrested and charged with stealing thousands in jewelry from a step-parent.

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

  • Michelle Milbury, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 30, and charged with two counts of Arrest On A Warrant. She was arrested at 2:21 p.m. on Airport Road.
  • Abraham Sanborn, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 2:28 p.m. on Aug. 30, and charged with four counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Endangering Welfare Of Child/Incompetent. The allegations pertain to incidents which occurred at two Bog Road locations, according to police. Police allege that the assaults were against a spouse and a child. Sanborn was arrested on North Emperor Drive.
  • Andrew Wolfram, 21, of Allenstown, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a Warrant. He was arrested at 5:20 p.m. at the on Fisherville Road. About an hour later, police charged Wolfram with four counts of Receiving Stolen Property from incidents on Dec. 29, 2010, May 12, May 25, and June 7. Police allege that Wolfram stole jewelry from a step-parent valued at nearly $4,000. The jewelry included a silver ring, earrings, a ruby bracelet, dolphin pendants, and various chains. Wolfram was held without bail and sent to the Merrimack County House of Correction.
  • Charles Maynard, 45, of Franklin, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions charge. He was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Poplar Avenue.
  • Cassandra Carson, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 30, on one count of Assault (Personal Weapons) and a second count of Assault (Other). She was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on Garvins Falls Road. Police allege that Carson assaulted a man. She is due back in court on Sept. 28.
  • Kirsten Porter, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 30, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 6:53 p.m. on 172 North Main Street at Loudon Road. Porter is due back in court on Sept. 28.
  • Sean LaChance, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Aug. 30, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer and Receiving Stolen Property. The allegations relate to incidents on Asby Road on July 30 and at a Basin Road company on Aug. 3. LaChance is due back in court on Sept. 28.
