Concord Arrest Log (Oct. 14, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Tara Gardner, 33, of Pembroke, was arrested on Oct. 1, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. She was arrested at 4:33 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Gardner is due back in court on Nov. 21.
  • Shoubert Beauchamps, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 6, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 1:45 p.m. at Dartmouth Hitchcock on Pleasant Street. Police allege that he assaulted his girlfriend. Beauchamps has a court date set for Nov. 8.
  • Alexander McFarlin, 20, of Concord, was arrested at 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 7, on a Theft By Deception charge. Police allege that the victim in the case was an acquaintance of McFarlin’s. The incident occurred on Aug. 6, on Washington Street. McFarlin is due back in court on Nov. 8.
  • Amanda Bernier, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Oct. 7, and charged with two counts of Disposing Of Stolen Property, felonies. Police allege that the victim in the case, dated Sept. 16, was a South Main Street specialty store owned by a woman. Bernier is due back in court on Nov. 8.
  • Karen Noyes, 44, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 7, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 8:26 p.m. on Pierce Street. Police allege that Noyes assaulted a Webster woman. Noyes is due back in court on Nov. 8.
  • Timothy Stone, 29, of Franklin, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Oct. 7, on a Bench Warrant. He was picked up at the Summer Freeze on Fisherville Road. Stone had a court date in Franklin District Court earlier this week.
  • John Sadatis, 31, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. on Oct. 7, on a Change Of Registration Information; Duty To Inform charge, a felony. He had a court date earlier this week.
  • Ashley Kizirian, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 7, on a Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer charge. Police allege that on Sept. 26, Kizirian stole an item from Walmart on Loudon Road. She is due back in court on Nov. 8.
