Concord Arrest Log (Nov. 28, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Michelle Milbury, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 20, on a Driving After Revocation Or Suspension charge. She was arrested at 2 a.m. on Loudon Road. Police towed her 2004 Chevrolet Impala from the scene. Milbury is due back in court on Dec. 19.
- John Letendre II, 23, of Allenstown, was arrested at 12:11 p.m. on Nov. 20, and charged with Theft against on Loudon Road. Police allege that Letendre stole a winter vest valued at $48. Later, he was charged with two Bench Warrants and refused bail. He had a court date on Nov. 21.
- Janelle Moulton, 24, of Laconia, was arrested on Nov. 20, and charged with three counts of Possession Of Prescription Drugs W/O Prescription and Willful Concealment. She was arrested at 12:15 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Later in the day, she was also charged with a Bench Warrant violation. Moulton was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and is due back in court on Dec. 19.
- Kenneth Garland, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 20, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). He was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Manchester Street. Police allege the assault was a domestic but did not offer any other information. Garland is due back in court on Nov. 20.
- Gregory Davies, 27, of Windsor, was arrested on Nov. 20, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on Broken Ground Drive. Davies had a court date on Nov. 21.
- Matthew Walton, 43, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 20, and charged with Possession Of Drugs and two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 6:45 p.m. at the U.S. Federal Building on Pleasant Street. Police alleged that Walton was in possession of a “marijuana clear baggie and pot pipe” valued at about $10. He is due back in court on Dec. 19.
- Amanda Hudson, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on Nov. 20, on Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer against Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that Hudson stole a pair of gloves on Nov. 12, valued at $6. Police also reportedly confiscated a glass pipe from Hudson. She has a court date set for Nov. 20.
- Kevin Croft, 19, of Rochester, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Nov. 21, on a Burglary charge, a felony. Police allege that Croft broke into the Sam’s Food Store on Village Street in Penacook on July 13, 2010. Croft refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 22.
- Heather Calley, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 4:42 p.m. on Nov. 21, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. The is alleged to have assault someone at the Concord Farm store located on 188 Pleasant Street on Nov. 10. She has a court date set for Dec. 19.
- Jennifer Wozmak, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 21, and charged with Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer. Police allege that Wozmak stole items from the Circle K on Loudon Road on Sept. 23. She is due back in court on Dec. 19.
