ARRESTS: Gilford Man Busted for Stealing Mittens, Jacket

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Camilla E. Moody, 30, of Concord, was arrested on March 4, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, two counts of Possession Of Controlled Drugs, one a felony, three counts of Possession Of Prescription Drugs W/O Prescription, and Transportation Of Alcohol/Open Container. She was arrested at 1:37 a.m. at the intersection of North State Street and Beacon Street.
  • Jon P. Petrocelli, 37, of Gilford, was arrested at 8 p.m. on March 10, on two counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, both felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Jan. 5 and 11, at on Loudon Road. Police allege that Petrocelli stole Walls Brand ski mittens and a jacket all valued at more than $121. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and he had a court date on March 12.
  • Jenny Chartier, 33, of Weare, was arrested on March 11, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. She was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Capitol Street. Chartier refused bail and had a court date on March 12.
  • Brenton Whicher, 23, of Milton, was arrested on March 11, on a Misuse Or Failure To Display Plates charge. He was arrested 8:07 a.m. at the Hess Station on Hall Street. Whicher’s personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and he is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 16.
  • Jaimee Morton, 19, of Concord, was arrested on March 12, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 1 a.m. on Pierce Street. Morton’s personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 16.
  • Michael Alexander Mulcahey, 26, of Pawtucket, R.I., was arrested on March 12, on a Criminal Mischief (Vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 4:45 a.m. on Heartwood Lane. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman. He alleged damaged two HTC Android touchscreen phones. Mulcahey refused bail and had a court date on March 12.
  • Benjamin Connelly, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested at 10:40 a.m. on March 12, on a Theft charge allegedly against at the on Loudon Road. Police allege that Connelly stole a black and red pair of Adio shoes valued at $25 from the store. The shoes were recovered, according to an arrest report. Connelly’s personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he is due in Sixth District Court on April 16.
  • Keenan Manning Hibbard, 26, of Bow, was arrested on March 12, and charged with Reckless Operation, Driving After Revocation Or Suspension, and three Bench Warrants, one of them a felony. He was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a male Concord teenager who was reportedly a stranger to Hibbard. Hibbard refused bail, which was set at $15,040, and had a court date on March 13.
