A Quiet 4th of July: Concord Police Log
It was a quiet holiday in the city of Concord, as far as arrests go.
CONCORD, NH — Jonathan Chandler, 36, of Concord, was arrested on June 29, 2011, and charged with one count of Simple Assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Franklin Street after an alleged altercation with another Concord resident.

Tyler Waters, 28, of Boscawen, was arrested on June 30, 2011, and charged with Violation of a Protective Order; Penalty. He was arrested on Elm Street in Penacook at 12:05 p.m. Waters was arraigned in Concord District Court and held without bail.

Robert Felker, 74, of Concord, was arrested at 11 p.m. on July 2, 2011, and charged with Operating Without a Valid License. He was stopped on South Main Street on July 1, and then arrested and charged on July 2.
Brian Evvard, 32, of Palm Coast, Fla., was arrested on July 2, 2011, and charged with one count of Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was arrested at 2:50 a.m. on Village Street at the intersection with Beede Drive in Penacook.

David Hanna, 19, of Concord, was arrested on July 4, 2011, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol and Possession of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at 2:31 a.m. on the Rundlett Middle School grounds.
Allen LeClair, 44, of Concord, was arrested on July 4, 2011, and charged with Simple Assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on Fayette Street after an alleged altercation with another Concord resident.
Tyler Lundstrom, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. on July 4, 2011, and charged with Simple Assault (personal weapons), after an alleged altercation with another Concord resident on Loudon Road.
Chantha Ong, 33, of Concord, was arrested at 1:37 a.m. on July 6, 2011, and charged with Disorderly Conduct. He was arrested at an apartment complex on Loudon Road.
