Boscawen Woman In Trouble Again

Concord Police file more charges against Katie Rae Davenport.

A local woman is facing more charges connected to an incident on Clinton Street during the summer last year.

Katie Rae Davenport, 27, of Boscawen, was arrested at 11 a.m. on Jan. 29, on a possession of burglary tools charge.

According to a Concord arrest report, the charge stems from an alleged incident on Aug. 7, 2013, at the South Concord Meadows Apartments on Clinton Street, where Davenport was arrested in the morning on a violation of probation charge. Police alleged she was not supposed to be in the area.

At pre-trial services on Jan. 29, Davenport was taken into custody on the charge. She was released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on March 10.

Davenport has had a string of arrests in the last couple of years, including three times during the summer of 2013.

In April 2013, she was charged with simple assault (personal weapons), disorderly conduct, and criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.), in an incident on North Spring Street behind the building where a woman recently died of an overdose.

In January 2012, she was arrested on a receiving stolen property charge and prowling and resisting arrest or detention charges in October 2012.
