Arrests: Weare Teen Faces Theft Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 41, of Concord, was arrested on May 18, and charged with driving while intoxicated, second offense, and conduct after an accident. He was arrested at 11:23 a.m. outside of the Common Man Restaurant on Water Street. No bail was offered and Cegelis had a court date on May 21.
  • , 50, of Concord, was arrested at 3:55 p.m. on May 18, on a possession of controlled drugs charge, a felony. The charge was based on an incident that occurred at 12:40 a.m. on March 2, at on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Major was in possession of crack cocaine. Police also reportedly seized glass pipe that was wrapped in a paper towel. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Major is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • , 22, of Concord, was arrested at 3:45 p.m. on May 18, and charged with criminal liability for conduct of another, prowling, and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road on April 28. The allege victims in the case were a Concord man and woman. Horsfield had a court date on May 21.
  • Jeffrey Paul Johnson, 28, of Concord, was arrested on May 18, and charged with possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, theft; from a motor vehicle, and prowling.. He was arrested at 4:10 p.m. on North State Street. Police allege he was in possession of 14 8 milligram buprenorphine (sublingual) narcotic analgesic at the time of his arrest. The alleged theft and prowling incident occurred on April 28, at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road. The alleged victims in the case were a Concord man and woman. Police allege that Johnson stole coins and cash totally $10. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and Johnson had a court date on May 21.
  • Adam Wasiewski, 17, of Weare, was issued a summons at 4:15 p.m. on May 18, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police allege that Wasiewski stole fighting gloves valued at $19.99 from on Loudon Road on April 27. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
  • Chazz Freeman, 18, of Henniker, was issued a summons at 4:15 p.m. on May 18, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Police allege that Freeman stole fighting gloves valued at $19.99 from Sears on Loudon Road on April 27.
  • Granite Michael Ring, 60, of Concord, was issued a summons at 6:40 p.m. on May 18, for transportation of alcohol/open container. Police allege that the incident occurred at Turtle Town Pond on Oak Hill Road. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Sean William Ladd, 25, of Concord, was arrested on May 18, on a bench warrant out of the Candia District Court. He was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at on Intervale Road. Ladd has a court date on May 29.
  • Anna Kathleen Heine, 30, of Concord, was arrested on May 18, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 8:06 p.m. at CAVES at Intervale Road. The alleged victim was her boyfriend, a man from Warner. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Heine is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Kevan Strassner, 29, of Concord, was arrested on May 18, on a simple assault (other) charge. He was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on Canton Circle. Police allege that Strassner assault his girlfriend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Sean William Ladd, 25, of Concord, was arrested 7:30 p.m. on May 18, on a simple assault charge. The allege incident took place at the on Storrs Street on Feb. 8. The alleged victim was a homeless teenager. Ladd is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
  • Ryan David Palmer, 29, of Concord, was arrested on May 19, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, second offense, and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:46 a.m. at the intersection of School and North State streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Palmer is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
  • Richard H. Willey, 28, of Hooksett, was arrested on May 19, on a bench warrant from the Concord District Court for non-appearance in court. Cash bail was set at $1,000 and Willey had a court date on May 21.
  • Rickie Scott Stanford, 46, of Concord, was arrested on May 19, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at 5:10 p.m. at the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission on Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,500. Stanford had a court date on May 22.
  • Charles A. Maynard, 46, of Concord, was arrested on May 19, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 9:40 p.m. on South Street. The alleged victim was his female spouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Maynard had a court date on May 21.
