ARRESTS: Vermont Resident Charged with Trespassing, Disorderly at Hospital

The Concord Police Department supplied the following information. It does not indicate a conviction.

Erik Benjamin Johnson, 26, of Burlington VT, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. on April 15, and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. Officers were called to Concord Hospital for a report of an unwanted guest. A subject, dispatch advised, was refusing to leave. Police made contact with staffers who alleged that Johnson, a gender neutral individual who lived as a woman but kept her male name, refused to leave. They stated that in a similar incident in Vermont where she allegedly “laid down in front of an ambulance.” The officer spoke with Johnson and warned her that she would be arrested if she returned to the property, unless it was an emergency. She reportedly began walking from the ER. Just before clearing the call, hospital security called again stating that Johnson was now down in the middle of the driveway, blocking vehicles. She allegedly refused to get up and was arrested and held without bail. She was arraigned on April 15.

Ronald Majewski, 59, of Laconia, was arrested at 10 a.m. on April 15, for driving while intoxicated. An officer was advised by dispatch of a vehicle complaint, a small, blue Nissan on Sheep Davis Road that was following too closely and crossing over road lines. Later, the car was reported on Loudon Road, where the officer caught up with it. The officer saw the Nissan swerving and following another vehicle closely and pulled it over in front of the Burger King. The officer spoke with the driver, Majewski, who allegedly looked tired and “had an expressionless stare with his mouth wide open and his eyes appeared to be glassy." Majewski began looking through his paperwork and allegedly slurred his words as he spoke with the officer. Majewski reportedly denied drinking and said he was taking “multiple prescription medications.” He was given a field sobriety test and then arrested. He’s due in court on June 2.

Manuel Vazquez, 60, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:52 p.m. on April 15, on a violation of a protective order; penalty from Snow Street on April 9. An officer saw Vazquez on South Main Street and knew he had an active warrant. According to a court document, Vazquez allegedly entered the home of his wife who had a restraining order against him valid through May 2014. She asked why he was there and he reportedly used the bathroom and left. The officer approached him to take him into custody in the parking lot of the CVS on Hall and Vazquez allegedly “became angry” and stated that his wife had vacated the order earlier since he had done nothing wrong. Vazquez was taken into custody since the violation order was still active. He was held without bail and arraigned on April 16.

John H. Cowdrey Jr., 47, of Concord, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. on April 16, on driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof charges. While parked on South Main Street, an officer saw a sedan drive by with a headlight out. The vehicle was pulled over on Thorndike Street. The driver, Cowdrey, told the officer he didn’t have a license due to it being suspended for not paying child support. He was later arrested. A check revealed that it was suspended in November 2013, September 2005, and August 1999. He had a court date on May 19.

Jeffrey Allen Roy Jr., 22, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. on April 16, on a bench warrant. Officers were called to South Spring Street to arrest Roy on a warrant out of Franklin District Court from Jan. 22, on a driving infraction. He had a court date on April 29.

Christopher Feliz, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 12:26 p.m. on April 16, on suspended registration and failure to obtain a New Hampshire license in 60 days charges. An officer reported that a vehicle failed to yield on Washington Street at North State and was pulled over at Rollins Street. A check came up that his license from Massachusetts was suspended on Oct. 31, 2013, for not having insurance. He was arrested and has a court date on June 2.

Luke R. Burgos, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 11:39 p.m. on April 16, and charged with simple assault and prowling. Officers were sent to the Cumberland Farms on North State Street for an assault report. A man in a green sweater and jeans had spit in a clerk’s face after being denied alcohol and then headed out of the store, walking south. The reporting officer began looking for the man and later, caught up with a man matching the description of the perp on Dixon Avenue, at a business location that previously had “several fresh pry marks on a rear door.” The officer asked what Burgos what was going on but he refused to answer. When asked for ID, he allegedly said, “Get a warrant.” Burgos, the officer alleged, offered “an overpowering odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person” and was “swaying from side to side.” Later, the reporting officer found out that Burgos had left his ID at the store and was arrested.

Jerrold Alan Bowers, 38, of Athol, MA, was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on April 17, on a bench warrant out of North Haverhill District Court from February 2012, on a failure to appear charge on a transporting alcoholic beverage charge. He had a court date on May 5.

William G. Strickland Jr., a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on April 17, on a criminal trespass charge. An officer was called to Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for a report of homeless people making loud noises behind the building a refusing to leave the area. The officer checked the individuals and one, Strickland, had a no trespass letter on file from March 5, and he was arrested. Strickland's due in court on June 2.

Joshua Israel Abbott, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. on April 17, on a bench warrant. An officer was sent to Merrimack County Pre-Trial Services on North State Street to take custody of Abbott on a warrant out of Manchester District Court on April 17, for nonappearance in court on a resisting arrest charge. Bail was set at $1,000 cash and he was arraigned on April 18.

Robert S. MacGregor, 43, Concord, was arrested at 4:18 p.m. on April 17, on a felony duty to report charge from April 8. He turned himself in to police and had a court date on May 19.

Stacy Jean Champagne, 48, of Concord, was arrested at 1:04 p.m. on April 18, on warrants. An officer driving on Loudon Road near Uno’s Car Wash saw a car with an expired inspection sticker drive into the Friendly’s Restaurant parking lot. A check of the owner, Champagne, found active warrants from Franklin District Court for willful concealment on Jan. 22, with cash to settle, and Plymouth Police from March 38, for willful concealment. She was arrested and held because she couldn’t come up with the $302.50. She’s due in court on Plymouth on June 9.

Jason McCormick, 37, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. on April 20, on a bench warrant. An officer saw McCormick on Storrs Street near Loudon Road and check to see if he had active warrants which he did, out of Nashua District Court on April 14, on a criminal trespass charge. He had a court date on May 6.

Donald G. Warner, 83, of Loudon, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. on April 21, on disorderly conduct and offensive matter charges from April 6, at the Hess gas station on Hall Street. He’s due in court on June 2.

Christopher A. Isaia, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on April 21, on a felony duty to report charge. Isaia turned himself in to police and has a court date on June 2.

Katrina R. Ahlin, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on April 22, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card from incidents on March 13, at the Walmart on Loudon Road. She turned herself in to police and is due in court on June 2.
