ARRESTS: Teen Iced for Stealing Frosting at Walmart

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Arielle Proulx, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Oct. 30, and charged with theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The charges stem from alleged incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road at 3:10 p.m. on June 17. Police allege that the Concord High School student stole a tub of Pillsbury frosting valued at $3. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. She had a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Julie A. Brasseau, 47, of Allenstown, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on Nov. 1, and charged with two counts of sale of controlled drugs, both felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents in the Walmart parking lot on Loudon Road on March 15, and March 30. Police allegedly seized $600 worth of Percosets from Brasseau. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. She had a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Nicholas G. Prestipino, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 3, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), and criminal trespass (vandalism). He was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on South Street. The alleged victims were two Concord men who were reportedly his friends. Police allege that he destroyed or damaged a wooden bedroom door valued at $100, a railing valued at $50, three storm doors valued at $300, and a light post valued at $100. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Prestipino had a court date on Dec. 3.
  • Destynee L. Mitchell, 18, of Penacook, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Nov. 10, and charged with receiving stolen property and default or breach of bail conditions. Police allege that the Merrimack Valley High School student stole $55 from the school on Oct. 19. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Mitchell had a court date on Nov. 19.
  • Ryan M. Smith, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 11, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 6:55 p.m. at the Market Basket on Storrs Street. Police allege that Smith stole three Hurricanes valued at $4, items which were recovered later. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and he had a court date on Nov. 13.
  • Dylan Bagley, 20, of Pembroke, was arrested on Nov. 12, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at 9:42 a.m. on Pinewood Trail. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Bagley had a court date on Nov. 13.
  • Joshua M. Doyle, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 12, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 1:27 p.m. at the intersection of Knight and Garrison streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Doyle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Brett A. Seeley, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 12:18 at the intersection of Sewalls Falls Road and Peterson Circle. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Seeley is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Cullen Rodriguez, 17, of Loudon, was arrested on Nov. 13, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. He was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on Sewalls Falls Road. Police allege he was in possession of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Rodrigue is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Robert W. Glodgett, 50, a homeless man located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 13, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 2 p.m. at the railroad tracks near Storrs Street. Cash bail was set at $500 and Glodgett had a court date on Nov. 14.
  • 24, of Littleton, was arrested on Nov. 14, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters at 2:50 p.m. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500.
  • David J. Vecchiola, 30, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Nov. 12, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 11:29 p.m. on Thompson Street. Bail was set at $1,009, and Vecchiola had a court date on Nov. 13.
  • Dhaula B. Rai, 53, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 14, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:43 a.m. at the intersection of North State and Tenney streets. Rai is due in court on Dec. 17.
  • Darlene Anne Phillips, 49, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 14, on two counts of driving while intoxicated, one count of driving while intoxicated, second offense, and driving after revocation or suspension. She was arrested at 11 a.m. on the Manchester Street bridge. She refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 15.
  • Gregory Edward Brock, 25, of Hopkinton, was arrested on Nov. 14, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 3:06 p.m. on Thompson Street. He had a court date on Nov. 15.
