Arrests: Laconia Man Charged with DWI

, 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 5, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 5:12 p.m. on 30 Thompson Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $40. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 16.

William Coveney, 41, of Laconia, was arrested on June 6, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:01 a.m. at Sheep Davis Road just before the Loudon town line. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Coveney is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 16.

, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 8 a.m. on June 7, and charged with two counts of violation of a protection order; penalty and a warrant. The charges stem from alleged incidents on June 3, and June 4, on Lilac Street. The alleged victim in the case was his female spouse. was held without bail and had a court date on June 7.

Bianca Desiree Berryman, 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 7, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Prospect Street. Personal recognizance was set at $500.

Brittany Barreto, 17, of Loudon, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. on June 8, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. The charge relates to an alleged incident at Sam’s Food Store on Village Street in Penacook. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. The Merrimack Valley Learning Center student is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 23.

, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on June 8, on three counts of sales of controlled drugs, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Jan. 25, Jan. 31, and Feb. 2, at the on North State Street. Police reportedly seized 24 Percocets and eight Roxicodone during the alleged incidents. Audio recordings of the alleged drug deals were also reportedly submitted as evidence. reportedly refused bail and had a court date on June 11.

Frank Harley Pickering, 28, of Concord, was arrested on June 8, on two bench warrants, from Concord District Court reportedly related to trespass and reckless conduct charges. He was arrested at 6:35 p.m. at the on Storrs Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Pickering had a court date on June 11.

Christopher W. Malinowski, 22, of Concord, was arrested on June 9, and charged with driving while intoxicated and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested 12:08 a.m. on South State Street. Police allege that Malinowski was in possession of an ounce of marijuana at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Malinowski is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 23.

Joanne Akerman, 38, a homeless woman, was arrested on June 9, and charged with driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested at 6:50 a.m. at the intersection of Storrs Street and Pleasant Street Extension. Police allege that Akerman had two 1.75-liters of coffee flavored brandy in the car at the time of her arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Akerman is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.

Kendra Chamberland, 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 9, on a bench warrant from Concord District Court for a theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was arrested at 6:58 a.m. at the intersection of Washington Street and Electric Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Chamberland had a court date on June 11.

, 38, of Concord, was arrested on June 9, on a warrant. He was arrested at 7:13 a.m. at on Pleasant Street.

, 28, of Concord, was arrested on June 9, and charged with two counts of reckless conduct; place another in danger, one a felony, and criminal threatening (use of a deadly weapon), a felony. The charges relate to alleged incidents on Bog Road and Fisherville Road. Police reportedly seized three spent shotgun shells as well as two shotguns and a rifle, as evidence. Cash bail was set at $55,000 and Downs had a court date on June 11.

Susan Gay Moran, 59, of Concord, was arrested on June 9, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was arrested at 11:50 p.m. on Downing Street. Police allegedly took empty beer cans and a cup with beer in it as evidence. A resident also gave a witness statement. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Moran is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 17.
