ARRESTS: Henniker Man Faces Multiple Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Christopher Robert Boylan, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on June 27, on a possession of controlled drugs, a felony charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Larrabee Development Corporation on Josiah Bartlett Road. Police allegedly seized heroin in a needled and heroin on a piece of cotton and a small red bag containing white residue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Boylan is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.

John D. Warriner, 83, of Concord, was arrested on June 28, on a criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) charge. He was arrested at 4:41 a.m. on Centerwood Drive. Police allege that he threatened his female spouse. Police allegedly seized a Browing 16 gauge semi-automatic shotgun, an H&R 922 revolver, and cartridges and ammunition into custody. The items had a combined value of $540. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Warriner is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on July 30.

Paul T. Brown, 58, of Concord, was arrested at 6:09 a.m. on June 28, on two simple assault (personal weapons and other) charges. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the intersection of Warren and Liberty streets on June 23. The allege victim in the case was a Concord man who was a stranger to Brown.

Kelly Johns, 21, of Manchester, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on June 28, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the on South Main Street on June 4. The alleged victim was a man who was a stranger to Johns. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Johns is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.

Jacob L. Klardie, 52, of Concord, was arrested on June 28, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 9:31 p.m. on North State Street. Police allege that he was in possession of cocaine and a stainless steel scale at the time of his arrest. Klardie refused bail and had a court date on June 29.

Thomas Edward Smart, 50, of Loudon, was arrested on June 28, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 11:10 p.m. at the intersection of Manor Road and Welch Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Smart is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.

Dylan James Webber, 20, of Henniker, was arrested on June 29, and charged with theft, unlawful possession of alcohol, and false report to law enforcement. He was arrested at 12:28 p.m. at the on Storrs Street. Police allege that Webber stole $13 worth of Red Hook Beer. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Webber is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.

Seth Fitzgerald, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on June 29, and charged with theft and receiving stolen property. The charges stem from an alleged incident at on Loudon Road on April 27. Police allege that Fitzgerald stole a pair of Sony headphones, vitamin supplements, and a hair product, all valued at $88. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Fitzgerald is due in Sixth Circuit District Division on July 30.

, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 5 p.m. on June 30, and charged with simple assault, false imprisonment, obstructing the report of a crime or injury, and violation of a protection order; penalty. The alleged incidents took play over a period of time on June 9, allegedly against Miller’s girlfriend, a 19-year-old Concord woman. Miller was in custody at the time the charges were issued against him and he had a court date on July 2.

, 43, a homeless man currently located in Concord, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on June 30, on a bench warrant. A police report stated that the offense occurred on June 22, at the on Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. had a court date earlier this month.

Stephen J. Fowler, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on June 30, on a bench warrant. According to an arrest report, the offense took place on Jan. 24, on Noyes Street. Bail was set at $172.84. Fowler had a court date on July 2.
