ARRESTS: Epsom Man Faces Drug Charge

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Kason L. Sabean, 21, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 25, and charged with possession of drugs and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 12:45 a.m. at The Barley House on North Main Street. Police allege that Sabean was in possession of two marijuana glass pipes in a clear bag with marijuana. Sabean refused bail services and is due in court on Dec. 31.
  • Felix A. Santos, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 25, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 8:39 a.m. at the Friendly Soup Kitchen on Pleasant Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Santas is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Anthony Shinholster, 34, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 25, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). He was arrested at 4 p.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Police allege that Shinholster destroyed or damaged a glass door valued at $500. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Shinholster is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Jake P. Demeritt, 26, of Epsom, was arrested at 11:25 a.m. on Nov. 26, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 8:10 p.m. on Sept. 22 at the Morning Star Apartments on Loudon Road. Police allege that Demeritt was in possession of 0.2 grams of marijuana. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Demeritt is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Kathleen P. Obst, 45, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Nov. 26, on a theft by unauthorized taking and transfer charge. Police allege that Obst stole a leather backpack valued at $400 on Nov. 17, at Chuck’s Used Furniture and Flea Market on South State Street. The item was owned by an elderly Concord man and later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Obst is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Ryan M. Rheaume, 36, of Hill, was arrested on Nov. 26, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 1:45 p.m. at the intersection of Liberty and Vernon streets. Cash bail was set at $40. Rheaume is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 17.
  • Michelle Lee Egounis, 36, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 26, on a bench warrant from Merrimack District Court. She was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on Mill Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Egounis is due in Merrimack District Court on Dec. 31.
  • Dennis Kuhns, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 26, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). He was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Charles Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Henniker man who was an acquaintance as well as Kuhns’ wife. Police allege that Kuhns dented a 2011 Ford Fiesta causing $500 worth of damage during the incident. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Kuhns is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Jon P. Knowles, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 27, on a warrant from the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of child support. He was arrested at 2:15 a.m. at the intersection of Tremont and Rumford streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $527.12. Knowles had a court date on Nov. 27.
  • Amanda Pennell, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 27, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and resisting arrest. She was arrested at 2:42 a.m. on Jennings Drive. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Pennell is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
  • Heather S. Hurley, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 27, on a disorderly conduct charge. She was arrested at 5:30 a.m. on Fisherville Road. Hurley refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 27.
  • Matthew R. Wilson, 39, of Laconia, was arrested on Nov. 27, on a criminal mischief (vandalism) charge. He was arrested at 11:05 a.m. on Village Street. The alleged victim in the case was an elderly Concord man. Wilson allegedly destroyed or damaged an exterior door valued at $300. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and Wilson had a court date on Nov. 28.
  • Joseph L. Witham, 44, of Raymond, was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Nov. 27, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Millstone Drive. The alleged victim in the case was New Hampshire Demolition. Police allege that Witham stole $200 worth of scrap metal. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Witham is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Dec. 31.
