ARRESTS: Bow Teen Busted with Pot

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • , 28, of Chichester, was arrested on June 13, and charged with four counts of sale of a controlled drug, all felonies. Police allegedly obtained 3.1 grams of heroin from Pineault during transactions on Jan. 18, at the Hess station on North Main Street, Jan. 20, at the on Storrs Street, Feb. 22, at the on North Main Street, and March 22, at the Burger King on Hall Street. Cash bail was set at $40,000 and Pineault has a court date on June 14.
  • Jonathan R. Lafond, 22, of Weare, was arrested on June 13, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 8:41 p.m. at the intersection of Oak and Fuller streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000, and Lafond had a court date on June 15.
  • , 34, of Concord, was arrested on June 14, on a warrant out of the Newport District Court for non-payment of fines. He was arrested 12:49 a.m. at the intersection of North State and Capitol streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. Burpee is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • , 25, of Concord, was arrested on June 14, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 10:59 a.m. at on South Main Street. Cash bail was set at $831.88. Orban is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 9.
  • Kelly Lynn Pelletier, 49, of Loudon, was arrested on June 14, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested at 11 a.m. outside the on Sheep Davis Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Pelletier is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Owen M. Cleveland, 17, of Bow, was arrested at 4:20 p.m. on June 14, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Mountain Road on 3:30 p.m. on June 7. Police allege that the Bow High School student was in possession of marijuana at the time of the incident. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Cleveland is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • Nathan Matthew Dostie, 24, of Concord, was arrested on June 14, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 5:25 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Dostie stole two 12-packs of Red Bull, valued at $36. Dostie refused bail and had a court date on June 15.
  • Crystal L. Gribbohm, 20, of Epsom, was arrested at 8 p.m. on June 14, on three simple assault (two personal weapons, one other) charges. The charges stem from an incident on Loudon Road on April 22. The alleged victim in the case was a Hooksett woman who was a stranger to Gribbohm. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Gribbohm is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
  • , 17, of Concord, was arrested on June 14, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 8:30 p.m. at the . He refused bail and had a court date on June 15.
  • , 28, of Concord, was arrested on June 14, on a bench warrant out of the Concord District Court for a theft charge. She was arrested at 10:43 p.m. at the Statehouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Hanright is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
