ARRESTS: Bow Man Charged with DWI

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Richard S. Snair, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. on March 16, on a Theft By Deception charge. The charge relates to an incident on March 11, at on Pleasant Street. Police allege that Snair stole $40 from a Concord woman who was reportedly an acquaintance. Snair refused bail services.
  • , 20, of Concord, was arrested on March 16, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief. He was arrested at 9:33 a.m. on Perley Street. The victims in the case included Doyle’s girlfriend and a Concord man who was otherwise unknown to Doyle, according to an arrest report. Police allege that a Samsung cellphone valued at $150 was destroyed or damaged during the incident. Doyle refused bail services and had a court date on March 16.
  • , 29, of Concord, was arrested on March 16, on a Default Or Breach Of Bail Conditions. was arrested at 11:11 p.m. on Loudon Road. refused bail and had a court date on March 19.
  • Richard McGuigan, 37, of Concord, was arrested on March 17, and charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:35 a.m. at the intersection of Loudon Road and North Main Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and he had a court date on March 17.
  • Daniel H. Frost, 24, of Bow, was arrested on March 17, and charged with two counts of Driving While Intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:45 a.m. at the intersection of Water and Hall streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $40 and Frost is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
  • , 24, of Concord, was arrested on March 17, on a Bench Warrant from March 8. She was arrested at 2:12 a.m. at the intersection of Water and Hall streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750 and Durand had a court date on March 20.
  • Joshua Michael Humes, 30, of Concord, was arrested on March 17, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). He was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on North State Street. Police allege that Humes destroyed or damaged a Sony Playstation 3 and a Call of Duty game, both valued at $360. The victim in the case was Humes’ girlfriend, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Humes is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
  • Christina Maria Parker, 30, of Concord, was arrested on March 18, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 1:20 a.m. at the intersection of North State and Knight streets. According to an arrest report, the Concord District Court wanted Parker on an Endangering the Welfare of a Child charge. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and she is due in Sixth District Court on April 23.
  • Justin W. Maclure, 23, was arrested on March 18, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Disorderly Conduct, Simple Assault (Personal Weapons), Resisting Arrest Or Detention, and Conduct After An Accident. He was arrested at 6 a.m. at the station on Loudon Road. According to an arrest report, the city of Concord and a police officer were the alleged victims in the case. Cash bail was set at $8,000 and Maclure had a court date on March 19.
  • Shawn E. Drown, 26, of Webster, was served a summons at 9:50 a.m. on March 18, on two Theft charges. Police allege that earlier in the day, Drown stole a Paraframe I and Paraframe II knives, both valued at $43. Drown is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
