Michelle Lynn Milbury, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. on March 7, on two bench warrants. While on North Main Street near Washington Street, an officer saw a vehicle blow through a red light. The officer followed the vehicle to North State and Penacook streets and pulled it over. The driver said he didn’t see the light turn red. The passenger in the vehicle, Millbury, had active warrants issued on March 5, for nonpayment of fines, $770, and she was arrested. She had a court date on March 26.

Carey J. Spear, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 12:05 a.m. on March 14, on a warrant. An officer was called to Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street for an intoxicated person locked out of his vehicle. When the officer arrived, he went to talk to the vehicle owner but observed another person heading into the store to use the restroom. Later, the officer was informed the intoxicated person was in the restroom and went to speak with him. The man, Spears, had an active warrant from the Merrimack County Sheriff’s Office for nonpayment of child support and he was arrested.

Tyler Deal, 22, of Bow, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on March 14, and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated. An officer saw a 2006 Jeep driving on South Main Street without its lights on so the vehicle was pulled over. The driver, Deal, allegedly smelled like alcohol, according to the officer. Deal’s “movements appeared slow and delayed” and his “speech was slow and deliberate and he was slurring his speech as he spoke,” the officer reported. The officer attempted to question Deal about whether or not he had been drinking but a female passenger allegedly interjected and interrupted. Deal agreed to field sobriety tests and was arrested. He was arraigned on March 31.

Jessica C. Rosenzweig, 23, of Derry, was arrested at 12:30 a.m. on March 14, and charged with operating without a valid license, possession of drugs, and possession of controlled drugs. An officer on North Main Street near Depot saw a 2001 Ford Explorer back from a parking space, across three lanes of traffic, and start to driver southbound. The vehicle was stopped at the McDonald’s on South Main Street. The driver, Rosenzweig, reportedly did not have a valid license, something confirmed by dispatch. She was convicted in September 2013 of driving without a license and also had an active warrant out of Derry for eight counts of simple assault and criminal mischief. While logging her property, an officer allegedly discovered a small wooden container that contained a smoking device with marijuana in it. She’s due in court on April 21.

Trevor John Hanson, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on March 14, and charged with possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. An officer saw a vehicle with no rear license plate while on North Main Street. The car was pulled over on Loudon Road. The driver, Hanson, asked if he was being stopped due to the plate and the officer said he was. Hanson reached over to the dash of the car and presented a 20-day plate. Hanson reportedly told the officer the previous plate was ripped off and missing so he had to get another one. Dispatch reported not being able to find the plate or the registration on file and Hanson couldn’t find his registration. While watching him search, an officer allegedly found a smoking pipe under Hanson’s left foot. The officer asked for the pipe and then alleged “it was packed with what appeared to be burnt marijuana.” Later, Hanson handed the officer a bag of marijuana and he was arrested. He’s due in court on April 21.

An officer on Loudon Road saw a Nissan Maxima turn left from Old Loudon Road eastbound onto Loudon Road, where there is a no left turn sign. The vehicle was stopped in the parking lot of the Ninety-Nine Restaurant on D’Amante Drive. Holton, the driver, reportedly handed the officer a non-driver’s ID and allegedly admitted he didn’t have a valid license due to a conviction of operating after suspension in August 2012. He was arrested. According to records, Holton also had two bench warrants for driving after revocation on Dec. 24, 2013, with $695 cash to settle, and a simple assault charge, with $445 cash to settle. Joseph Castagno, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on March 14, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were dispatched to Flipz Gymanistics on Hall Street for a domestic. At the scene, they spoke with Castagno in the parking lot, who allegedly told officers his ex-wife had attacked him and another person. Inside, the officers spoke to a number of witnesses who had seen the altercation and alleged that there were two women fighting and Castagno had punched one woman, knocking her to the ground. Castagno was later arrested and had a court date on April 14.

Cindy Ann Cantelo, 37, of Belmont, was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on March 15, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and false public alarm. A sergeant and three officers were called to the Walmart on Loudon Road for a missing child reported in the store. They went to speak to a woman in the customer service area who was upset but not hysterical. The woman reported that she had been in the store about 30 minutes and was walking in the ladies apparel area and turned around and noticed her son was gone. While interacting with police, her demeanor allegedly changed and the officer believed she might be under the influence of drugs. “I asked her if she was under the influence of any drugs and she told me not and that she goes to the methadone clinic every morning,” the officer alleged. Other officers were checking the store for the boy while the reporting officer spoke to the woman about the split custody provisions with the boy’s father. The woman, Cantelo, then allegedly said perhaps she had made a mistake and her son was with the father. The officer called the father to talk about the situation and found out that the boy was “safe and sound at his mother’s house.” A check of Cantelo found a suspended license from Feb. 5, for refusal of implied consent. The officer checked video surveillance to see if she drove to the store and then, she was arrested. She’s due in court on April 21.
