ARRESTS: Arlington, Mass. Woman Faces Drug Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 11:57 a.m. on Aug. 29, and charged with criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police allege that Tembasi, who also goes by the name of Eric, stole $60 from a teenager who attends Rundlett Middle School. Tembasi had a court date on Aug. 30.

Nathan Rae VanDyke, 23, of Arlington, Mass., was arrested on Aug. 29, on a possession of controlled drugs charge. He was arrested at 11:42 p.m. outside Bicentennial Square on Warren Street. Police allege that VanDyke was in possession of a pipe with marijuana residue on it. Cash bail was set at $500 and VanDyke had a court date on Aug. 30.

Nathan P. Ledoux, 24, of Manchester, was arrested on Aug. 31, and charged with theft and driving after revocation or suspension. He was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on 12 Loudon Road. The theft charge stems from an alleged incident at the Irving gas station on 163 North State Street on 9:45 a.m. on Aug. 16. Police allege that Ledoux stole a carton of Marlboros valued at $57.99. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and Ledoux is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 1.

Tyler Hoyt, 18, of Northfield, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 1, and charged with resisting arrest or detention and two default or breach of bail conditions. The charges were based on alleged incidents at Memorial Field on 70 South Fruit Street at around 8 p.m. on Aug. 31. Police allegedly seized a glass pipe from Hoyt. He refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 4.

Nicholas A. Burtsell, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 1, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on 2 Hardy Avenue. Police allege that Burtsell assaulted his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Police also allege that Burtsell was in possession of marijuana in a plastic bag and marijuana in a glass pipe. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000 and Burtsell is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.

Robert A. Garcia, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, drivers license prohibitions, and suspended registration (operating-misd). He was arrested at 1:57 a.m. at the Tedeschi Food Shop on 201 South Main Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Garcia is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 1.

Richard L. Stebbins, 49, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 11:34 a.m. on 20.5 Clinton Street. Stebbins refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 4.

Tamah A. Desbiens, 41, of Pembroke, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 6:52 p.m. on 285 Village Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500 and Desbiens is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.

Brennan M. Szanto, 24, of Northfield, was arrested on Sept. 4, and charged with prowling, criminal trespass, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 12:47 a.m. on 37 South Spring Street. Cash bail was set at $3,000. Szanto had a court date on Sept. 4.

Katy P. Lucier, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. on Sept. 4, on a receiving stolen property charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on April 8, at the Game Stop on Fort Eddy Road. The alleged victim was a Pittsfield man who was an acquaintance and involved an iPod Touch 4 valued at $125, which was recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lucier is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.

David Emery Smith, 53, of Concord, was arrested at 8:20 a.m. on Sept. 4, and charged with forgery, a felony, theft by deception, unauthorized use of propelled vehicle, and a habitual offender felony charge. The theft charge related to an alleged incident on July 29, on 285 Village Street. The propelled vehicle charge was later in the day on 32 Bog Road. The alleged victims were a Concord woman and a teenage girl from Concord. Police allege that Smith forged a bill of sale for a Dodge pickup. Cash involved in the sale amounted to $500. Personal recognizance bail was set at $14,000. Smith is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.

Nyabunguye Tembasi, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 4, and charged with two counts of criminal trespass and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 9:17 a.m. on 27 Concord Gardens. Tembasi refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 4.

Robert D. Ricard, 18, of Loudon, was issued a summons at 9:50 a.m. on Sept. 4, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was stopped at the intersection of North State and Engel streets. Ricard is due in court on Oct. 1.

Jeffrey G. Pike, 18, of Concord, was issued a summons at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 4, for driving after revocation or suspension. He was stopped on 3 Davis Street.

Russell Jay Blodgett, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was issued a summons at 9:47 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a possession of alcohol beverages on public property charge from Aug. 31, in Eagle Square. He is due in court on Oct. 22.

Brandon Holler, 31, of Pembroke, was arrested on Sept. 4, on a warrant. He was arrested at 109 Manchester Street at 10:20 a.m.

Joshua D. Ingraham, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a bench warrant for breach of bail out of the Sixth Circuit District Division Court. He was arrested at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Cash bail was set at $500 and Ingraham had a court date on Sept. 5.

Katy Porter, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 9:59 p.m. on Sept. 4, on a suspended registration (operating-misd) charge. She was arrested at the intersection of North Spring and Maple streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Porter is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
