The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Evan Sanborn, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on March 6, and charged with felony burglary, two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism), conspiracy to commit, and theft by deception. The charges stem from alleged incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road on Jan. 26, and Super Cuts on Loudon Road on Feb. 9. He was held and arraigned on March 7.

Tyler B. Castrogiovanni, 22, of Alton Bay, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on March 11, on a reckless conduct; place another in danger charge. Police were sent to South Main Street for a report of individuals throwing “large chunks of ice and snow” at vehicles from the roof of the building. The reporting party stated that she had to swerve to avoid the projectiles but had there been anyone else in the road, she would have crashed into them. She gave a description of the two males who were seen fleeing the area while officers located and tracked fresh footprints in the snow. The footprints ran through a number of side streets and backyards until they were tracked to Washington Street where an officer found one male who refused to give his name. Another officer recognized him as Castrogiovanni and they began to question him. Castrogiovanni allegedly told police that he and another friend had walked home from Penuche’s and described the route taken as on streets and by the police station. However, officers questioned how they were able to follow him through a different route to that point. They also noted that there weren’t fresh footprints from the snow in front of the police station. After checking Castrogiovanni's shoe print, the reporting officer alleged that it matched the ones from the roof of the building and he was arrested. Castrogiovanni was held on $1,500 cash bail and was arraigned on March 11.

Andrew Scott Campbell, 50, of Concord, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on March 11, on two counts of criminal trespass. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 9, at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church. An officer and sergeant encountered Campbell outside of the Everett Arena and arrested him. He was arraigned on April 14.
