Police Seize Syringes, 'Unknown Drug' from Hillsboro Woman: Log

CONCORD, NH — Justin Bradley Lewis, 21, of Moultonborough, was arrested on March 31, 2013, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 3:21 a.m. at the intersection of Storrs and Depot streets.

Jeremiah Hughes Johnson, 20, of Center Sandwich, was arrested on March 31, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested at 3:21 a.m. at the intersection of Storrs and Depot streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Johnson is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.

Lisa Mirante, 42, of Concord, was arrested on 12:43 p.m. on April 2, on a violation of a protective order; penalty. Police allege that the incident based on the charge took place at 9 p.m. on March 31, on North Main Street. Mirante was held without bail and had a court date on April 3. , 57, of Concord, was arrested at 1:53 p.m. on April 2, and charged with bail jumping and a bench warrant. He refused bail services.

William Boudreau, 45, of Goffstown, was arrested at 5:46 p.m. on April 2, on a bench warrant. He was wanted by the Concord District Court for non-payment of fine, with the original charge of DWI. Boudreau refused bail services and had a court date on April 3.

Cassandra Henriksen, 23, of Hillsboro, pictured, was arrested on April 2, and charged with suspended registration (operating-misd), driving after revocation or suspension, and drivers license prohibitions. She was arrested at 6:05 p.m. at the intersection of North State and Penacook streets. At the time of the arrest, police allegedly seized two syringes and an “unknown drug type” substance from Henriksen. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000 and she is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.

, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on April 3, and charged with default or breach of bail conditions, simple assault, and disorderly conduct. Police allege that the charges stem from two separate incidents on East Side Drive and Loudon Road. Cash bail was set at $5,000 and Vecchiola had a court date on April 3.

Joseph Martin Degreenia, 24, of Concord, was arrested on April 4, on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested at 12:40 a.m. on South Street. Degreenia refused bail and had a court date on April 4.

Michelle Lynn Milbury, 23, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:42 a.m. on April 4, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. Police allege that Milbury stole $82.01 worth of grocery items from on Fort Eddy Road on Jan. 24, that were later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and she is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 7.
