ARREST LOG: Concord Couple Involved in Theft, Receiving Stolen Property

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Mark Wojtkiewicz, 29, of Concord, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. on March 8, and charged with Receiving Stolen Property, a felony, and a Bench Warrant. The alleged incident occurred on Union Street on Feb. 12. The victim was reportedly a man from Philadelphia, Penn., who was a stranger to Wojtkiewicz. Police allege that he stole a wallet with identification, three credit cards, two debit cards, and an insurance card, all which were recovered. Wojtkiewicz refused bail and had a court date on March 9. Later in the day, Mark Wojtkiewicz was also charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Theft By Deception, both felony charges. The alleged victim in the case was a female inlaw. Reportedly stole $600 worth of gold and sterling silver jewelry on March 5, which was later recovered. Police also took into evidence gold and silver jewelry valued at $200 on March 6. He also reportedly stole $141 in cash from the Jewelers Workbench on March 7.
  • Krista Wojtkiewicz, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 3:49 p.m. on March 8, on Receiving Stolen Property charge, a felony. The charges stem from the same incident that reportedly involved Mark Wojtkiewicz. Police confiscated a NH EBT card from Wojtkiewicz and held it “for safe keeping.” Wojtkiewicz was released on $1,500 cash bail and has a court date set for April 9. Later in the day, Krista Wojtkiewicz was also charged with Receiving Stolen Property and Theft By Deception, both felony charges. The charges reportedly relate to an incident at the at the on Loudon Road on Dec. 14, 2011. According to an arrest log, Wojtkiewicz stole a $250 platinum ring on Dec. 22, that was later recovered and $112 in cash, that was allegedly stolen on March 7. Police also confiscated gold and silver jewelry valued at $200 on March 6. Wojtkiewicz was released on $1,500 cash bail and has a court date set for April 9.
  • Ashley Marie Pope, 19, of Concord, was arrested on March 8, and charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property and two counts of Theft By Deception. The alleged charges stem from incidents at the Jewelers Workshop at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road which reportedly occurred on March 1, 4, 6, and 7. Police allege that Pope stole a gold ring with black onyx valued at $150, two gold necklaces valued at $100, and $116 worth of cash. She was released on $1,000 cash bail and had a court date on March 9.
  • Nancy McMann, 39, of Concord, was arrested on March 8, on a Possession Of Controlled Drugs charge. She was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on the railroad tracks near Stickney Avenue. Police allege that McMann was in possession of a gram of hallucinogenic mushrooms valued at $35. She was released on $5,000 cash bail and had a court date on March 9.
  • Manuel Vazquez, 58, of Concord, was arrested on March 9, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on Fayette Street. He was wanted by the Concord District Court for nonpayment of fines from September 2011. Vazquez was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on March 13.
  • Jeffrey R. Smith, 27, of Concord, was arrested on March 9, on two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on Greeley Street. He was wanted by the Concord District Court. Smith was released on $12,000 personal recognizance bail and is due back in court on April 9.
