Has Concord run out of white paint? Why haven't the downtown CROSSWALKS been repainted long before now? Many parking spots in same area have new white paint. Why would they take priority over the crosswalks? Maybe it's the CCC's ultimate answer to the homeless problem; let them get hit on faded & phantom crosswalks. Hey, why not?
