OBITUARY: The Rev. Frank Kelly

A memorial service will be held on Feb. 23, at Bow Mills United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Frank Kelly died Jan. 12, 2013, at the Veterans Home in Tilton.

He was a retired Lt. Col. in the USAF. His active duty tours were in Japan and the Philippines during the Korean Conflict.

Kelly was a United Methodist minister and was pastor emeritus of the Bow Mills United Methodist Church. He also served parishes in Colebrook, Moultonboro, Contoocook, Newport, Lancaster, Monroe, Pittsburg and Raymond.

He was Wing Chaplain for the New Hampshire Civil Air Patrol and a member of the Concord squadron of the CAP.

After retirement to Concord in 1976, he was employed by Concord Hospital and the Regional Visiting Nurses Association.

In addition to his wife of 52 years, Mary Lou, he is survived by a son, Jon Kelly and a daughter, Laura Currier both of Concord. He had three grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Bow Mills United Methodist Church on Saturday, Feb. 23.
