Yoga for Women with Pelvic Pain on Thursdays, 5:45pm, 7/24-8/28

Our newest class offering is a class for women experiencing pelvic pain.  This 6-week class will focus on strengthening and stretching the abdomen, back, thighs, hips, and muscles in the pelvic bowl.  The instructor teaches from experience, “I found that the more stressed I was the more pain I had. I learned to focus and redirect my breath to parts of my body where I felt tension and pain. Over time I added the practice of Yoga to my breathing regimen. I found that as my body began to relax my stress level decreased.”  This class is limited to a maximum of 8 people and registration is required.  6 weeks for $69.  To learn more or to sign up click here.
