Meet the NH GOP’s Congressional District Candidates Thursday

Concord City Republicans host forum with Garcia, Lambert at 7 p.m. in the West Street Ward House.

The two Republican candidates vying for the opportunity to face-off against U.S. Rep. Ann McLane Kuster, D-NH, this November will be together in Concord on Thursday night to meet with voters and answer questions they may have of the candidates.

Current state Rep. Marilinda Garcia, R-Salem, and former state Sen. Gary Lambert, R-Nashua, will be at the West Street Ward House on 41 West St. at 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, as part of an event put together by the city Republican committee.

Kerry Marsh, the chairwoman of the committee, said it was a great opportunity for Concord voters to get a chance to meet with the candidates face-to-face.

“The mission of the Concord GOP is to connect voters with GOP candidates,” Marsh said. “We are very much looking forward to hosting our 2nd congressional candidates and the voters interested in learning more about their positions.”

The event is free and open to the public and refreshments will be served, according to a press statement.
