Concord Arrest Log (Dec. 2, 2011)
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- James Jones, 25, of Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with Violation Of Protection Order. Police allege the victim in the case was a woman. The incident reportedly took place on Nov. 13, on Concord Gardens. Jones was held without bail and had a court date on Nov. 23. James Jones was reportedly previously arrested on Nov. 14, on a Violation Of Protective Order; Penalty charge.
- Eric Nuremberg, 42, of Nashua, was arrested at 6:17 p.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with Forgery, a felony, and Unsworn Falsification. The victim in the case, according to a police report, was the State of New Hampshire – Division of Motor Vehicle. The incidents took place on Sept. 7. Nuremberg has a court date on Dec. 19.
- Christine Vien, 34, of Epsom, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. on Nov. 22, and charged with Cruelty To Animals. The victim in the case was reportedly her boyfriend and the incident took place at Pembroke Road. Vien has a court date on Dec. 19.
- Margaret Manario, 44, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 23, on a Simple Assault (Personal Weapons) charge. She was arrested at 1:23 a.m. on Concord Gardens. Police allege the victim in the case was her spouse. Manario refused bail and had a court date on Nov. 23.
- Jack Decatur, 23, of Contoocook, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. on Nov. 23, on a Warrant from the Henniker District Court. He has a follow up court date on Dec. 27.
- Jason Sfara, 37, of Concord, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Nov. 23, and charged with Theft and Theft By Deception, both felony charges. Police allege that Sfara stole $160 worth of Set For Life Scratch Tickets from the on Loudon Road on Oct. 13. Police allege that there was another incident involving this case at the on Loudon Road on Oct. 14.
- Alexa Robichaud, 21, of Loudon, was arrested at 12:02 a.m. on Nov. 24, on a Warrant. She was arrested at on Pleasant Street.
- Danielle Stroud, 30, of Malden, Mass., was arrested on Nov. 24, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. She was arrested at the on D’Amante Drive at 1:11 a.m.
- Robert Frene, 47, of Concord, was arrested on Nov. 24, and charged with being a Habitual Offender, a felony, and Driving Without Giving Proof. He was arrested at 3:11 p.m. on Loudon Road. Frene is due back in court on Dec. 19.
