7 Arrested at Sobriety Checkpoint

New Hampshire State Police Troop D arrested seven people at a sobriety checkpoint in Bow on Saturday.

The checkpoint was on Route 3A and Hall Street at the junction of Interstate 89. During the checkpoint, state troopers screened a total of 180 vehicles, which yielded seven arrests.

The arrests included four motorists for DUI, one for DUI and Possession of Drugs, one for Operating After Suspension (subsequent offense), and one for Possession of Drugs. In addition, one person was taken into protective custody.

All subjects arrested are scheduled for arraignment in the 6th Circuit Concord, District Division in Concord.
