Alliance provides property management, asset management and financial services for CATCH’s rental portfolio and recently began providing those services for The Housing Partnership’s rental portfolio in the Seacoast of N.H. and Southern Maine.

“By providing management for our own rental portfolio in-house we are able to better meet the needs of our residents,” said Rosemary M. Heard, President of CATCH.  “As a nonprofit offering these services to other nonprofits, we uniquely understand the myriad challenges to effective management of affordable rental portfolios, and we are thrilled to have been selected by The Housing Partnership to provide their property management services.”

In addition to support from area nonprofit housing developers, Alliance’s creation was also strongly supported by CATCH’s funders and housing regulators in the region.  Many saw a need for additional quality management services for workforce housing in the state, and encouraged the creation of Alliance.

William E. Shanahan, President of the Northern New England Investment Fund, said, “We believe that CATCH’s efforts through Alliance Asset Management will serve to strengthen our industry. CATCH’s new venture is a welcomed addition to our limited number of firms doing this work in markets where we have invested in properties and where we hope to continue making investments.”

Alliance is now  offering property management, asset management and financial services for other nonprofits in the area as the organization grows beyond its initial startup.

Alliance’s dedication to going beyond standard expectations of building positive relationships between residents and their communities ensures residents receive quality, affordable housing and clients maintain above average occupancy rates.
