Appreciation Event To Be Held

MANCHESTER, NH – Families in Transitions’ OutFITters Thrift Stores in Concord and Manchester, NH, have been selected by the readers of New Hampshire Magazine as “Best of NH 2014” for Best Second-Hand Clothing.  This is the third year in a row the store has won this award.

Because of the recent win, OutFITters Thrift Stores will be having a customer appreciation day sale on Saturday, May 31, at both store locations in Manchester and Concord, NH. There will be free food and face painting from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM. In addition, there will be raffle prizes and a 25% off sale during normal store hours.

“This event is all about letting our supporters know how much we appreciate them and how important they are to us,” said OutFITters Retail Manager, Matthew Teichman. “Everything that we do is possible because of the support from our customers, donors and volunteers. Truly, they are the best.”

 

OutFITters Thrift Stores are owned and operated by Families in Transition (FIT), a nonprofit organization that provides safe, affordable housing and social services to individuals and families who are homeless, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect. All proceeds from OutFITters help pay for the housing and social services FIT provides to its participants.
