More like questions than a blog; Why does the CPD (Chief Duval) use the NHSP for routine stops, crashes, and search purposes but not use their LENCO Bear? Is it a jurisdictional fear to not have control over a SWAT situation? In routine work, the NHSP appear to be used regularly. Is the Chief handpicking situations to when it only benefits him? Why would he wait 4 hours for Belknap's Bearcat instead of a 15 minute NHSP SWAT response?
