Your Guide: Audi’s ‘We Love the Nightlife’ Gala

The Concord City Auditorium opens its 109th season of performances at 6 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, with its annual gala.

This year’s theme is “We love the nightlife,” and features an ice cream social, a display of photos by Geoff Forester in the historic theatre’s lobby, and then a preview of all the great events happening this year

The 90-plus minute preview event will feature scenes from “Beauty and the Beast,” “Spamalot,” and “By George,” along with trumpet music from Jay Daly, dancing, films, and special acts.

The event is fun for the entire family.

Tickets are $5 and are on sale at the UPS Store and Gibson’s Bookstore, both on South Main Street. Tickets will also be sold at the door.
