NH State Police Arrest Maine Man on Prescription Charge

On June 27, the NH State Police Narcotics & Investigations Unit, Drug Diversion Section, completed a one month long investigation into the crime of Uttering a Fraudulent Prescription. As a result of this investigation, the following person was arrested: William Hutchings, 66, Portland, ME.

Hutchings was charged with three counts of Uttering a Fraudulent Prescription. He was arrested in Portland, and he was transported to the Rockingham County Department of Corrections. Hutchings refused bail, and he is scheduled for arraignment on June 30, at 10:00 AM in the 10th Circuit Court, Salem District Division.
