Community Update

Terrible customer service. I purchased a cable that turned out to be defective. I tried to return it and was told I could not because I had opened it. The owner and employees as good as accused me of trying to rip them off. They offered to 'repair' it not exchange it. Cables can't be repaired. I would never do business with these people again.
