Wintery Weather is Coming to Concord

1. Wintery Weather? Possibly. The National Weather Service is calling for scattered showers after 5 p.m. with highs in the 40s, with some wind. The rain is expected to turn to snow in the evening at around 8 p.m. and than back to rain later. Lows will be in the 30s.

3. ‘Fez’tival of Trees. Get into the holiday spirit at the ‘Fez’tival of Trees at the Bektash Temple on Pembroke Road from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
4. Storytime. Gibson’s Bookstore is hosting a storytime with crafts, snacks, and fun at 10 a.m.
5. Christmas Tree Lighting. The Christmas Tree Lighting scheduled for Friday is still in need of funds. If you have a few dollars to spare, touch base with the organizers of the effort.
