Will This Be the Last Snowstorm?

Plus, a jazzy lunch.

Here are a few things you need to know right now in Concord:

  • Expect as much as six inches of snow today. Temperatures will be in the teens but feel like it is below zero, due to wind chill factors. Wind gusts could reach as high as 35 mph. Overnight, lows will drop down into the single digits, with a wind chill factor of as low as -10. The sun returns tomorrow.
  • Enjoy some jammin’ jazz at the Concord Community Music School for the latest Bach Lunch Series at 12:10 p.m. featuring Matt Langley, David Tonkin, Scott Kiefner, and Michael Sink. Don’t forget to bring a lunch.
  • Poet Daniel Thomas Moran will be at Gibson’s Bookstore on South Main Street to launch his new book, “A Shed for Wood,” at 7 p.m.
